You will receive an email with order confirmation with pickup or delivery information within 4 hours during normal business hours.
Returns/Damaged Goods
Our online customers may cancel an order without penalty that has not been picked up or delivered within 24 hours of purchase. You must cancel by email customerservice@sticksnstuff.com or by calling 1-888-791-7849 Include your name, order ID, and reason for cancellation. All refunds will be a credit given to and only to the credit card account used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the completion of the cancelation and refund, this may take up to 10 days.
